I feel like I don't know where anyone stands anymore. Or what they are even thinking. Melinda has clearly lost her mind and I don't understand why she would offer to give the Death Eaters supplies and then not. I don't understand why she got involved at all. I know it is horrible to say but I don't think Ruby was killed for no reason even if I would not say as much quite as tactlessly as Maximus Travers. Don't people know not to make them angry? Haven't they learnt as much by now?

And I don't want Melinda to die but if she had just stayed out of things then I don't think she would be in any danger at all. We certainly are not in danger. Are we? Augustus and Beatrice and some of the others are acting as if any of us could be next now but that could not possibly be true.

And Greyback is disgusting. I hope Millicent does turn him in so she can come back although the Ministry would probably throw her in Azkaban anyway because they are horrible and they hate us. and I don't understand what is wrong with wanting people to act properly and not swear


Forgive me. I am still feeling rather stressed over all of this.

I am putting together another care package for Millicent. She asked for things to help her stay warm so I am sending blankets, warming socks, a self-heating tea kettle, tea, hot cocoa, two new sweaters and some of her favourite snacks. Can you think of anything else?

I don't understand why people think swearing is needed to express their opinion. Or at least I would hope people would be a bit more respectful of those of us who find vulgarity offensive.

Draco darling, I have given some thought to the outing I wish to claim. Of course I still intend for the outing to be between you and Pansy, but I know how terribly stressed the two of you have been lately. So I've decided that you're going to take her out for a particularly special, romantic evening. I'm thinking dinner and some form of entertainment, but I'll leave the details to you. So long as it's something you both enjoy so you have a lovely evening together. And if you do not then you will just have to try again! I will even help with the planning if you need it. Of course I'm sure you're more than capable of planning a perfectly wonderful date, but I may be able to provide some insight. To start, I would strongly suggest a Friday evening for your date. So long as it's more special than every other Friday night I'm sure you've been enjoying together. And after the carnival. I think the stress of planning that affair will just be too much for her to properly enjoy herself. And it gives you plenty of time to put something perfect and wonderful together!

Astoria is occupied elsewhere for the night so we can work on our care packages and figuring out how to help Millicent without her bothering us here. But my parents want us to have supper with them first.

Pansy darling, I won Draco for you to spare him from Patil. Naturally he is yours. I would not dream otherwise. Theo, I am terribly sorry I could not do the same for you although I suppose Maximus is at least some improvement over the Hufflepuff or the homosexual. Assuming Maximus is not Maximus I am still very displeased with you.
